Membership Recurring Payment Plan

To sign up for a membership recurring payment plan by credit/debit cards (please see details below), please send us a message or visit us personally at the gym anytime during our staffed hours:

  • Monday to Friday 1pm to 8pm
  • Saturdays strictly by appointment only
  • Unstaffed on Sundays & Public Holiday

NOTE: Promotions & discounts are not applicable to credit/debit card monthly recurring payment plans except instalment payments made through Atome or Grab PayLater. To make instalment payments through Atome or Grab PayLater (5% admin fee applies), please proceed to Membership > Registration/Renewal and checkout with Atome or Grab Paylater.

Application For 12 Months Membership Fee Recurring Payment By Credit/Debit Cards:

  • Monthly rate for credit/debit card recurring payment plan is $123 per month. $123 as a non-refundable one month deposit will be payable upon registration
  • For new members, there will be an additional non-refundable amount of $48 for gym access keycard
  • $123 for the first month will be charged upon activation
  • After the initial 12-month period, amount of $123 will be charged monthly until cancelled
  • No Suspension/freezing of Membership is allowed

Terms & Conditions

1. Membership and Payment Terms

1.1. By purchasing a 12-month gym membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This membership includes a one-month non-refundable deposit. For new membership registrations, there will an additional non-refundable one-time charge for the 24hr gym access device.

1.2. You will be charged for your membership on a monthly basis for the duration of 12 months, with the first payment including the one-month non-refundable deposit.

1.3. After the initial 12-month period, your membership will continue on a month-to-month basis unless you request cancellation.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1. If you wish to cancel your membership after the initial 12-month period, you must notify the gym in writing at least one month in advance of your intended cancellation date.

2.2. Cancellation requests can be submitted by emailing to info@thegym.sg.

2.3. The one-month advance notice is required to ensure that no further recurring payments are charged to your account after the cancellation date and as a utilisation of your one-month deposit.

2.4. Cancellation of memberships within the first 12-month period will take effect immediately and with the one-month deposit forfeited.

3. No Suspension/freezing of Membership is allowed

3.1. Please note that no suspension or freezing of your membership is allowed for our 12-month membership recurring payment plan. Your membership must remain active and payments must be made as scheduled during this time.

4. Payment Authorisation

4.1. By providing your payment information, you authorise the gym to charge your designated payment method for the agreed-upon membership fees, including any applicable taxes.

4.2. It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment method remains valid and up to date throughout the membership period.

5. Changes to Membership

5.1. If you wish to make changes to your membership type or any other details, please contact the gym to discuss your options.

6. Membership Termination by the Gym

6.1. The gym reserves the right to terminate a membership if the member violates gym rules or policies stated at https://thegym.sg/tc/ and https://thegym.sg/gym-policies/.

6.2. The gym also reserves the right to make changes to membership terms and fees with reasonable notice.

7. Refund Policy

7.1. All membership fees and deposits paid are non-refundable.

8. Governing Law

8.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes or legal matters will be handled in accordance with these laws.

By purchasing a 12-month gym membership and providing your payment information, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
